We believe that some of you might be so confuse when suddenly error message popped up, stated that your printer have paper jammed when you try to print but you can’t see any paper there so why it keep state as paper jammed??

This is because one of the reason there’s some small foreign object drop inside the printer that make the roller jammed and stop rolling. If you’re not able to see it, you may need to send your printer to any nearest Canon service center for technician check for more details.
