WHY I CANNOT USE OTG CABLE??

This is happen when
1) Your phone not support OTG cable
2) Your phone support OTG cable but your phone setting is off (refer photo)
3) OTG cable have issue (spoiled/support different type)

FYI, OTG cable also have many type and you before you buy, u need to check more details which type that your phone is support.
