Morning! we have a story to tell you today that one of our customer complaint that they can’t even print with their new printer and few minute he found out that he drop his pencil inside the printer that make the roller jammed and can’t move.

Luckily he can reach the pencil or else he need to go Canon service center for technician remove his pencil.

Remember ya to remove any small object on printer to avoid this kind of issue 🙇‍♂️🙇‍♂️
