I know this error always happen with printer user right??

The printer is offline status means the driver not available. If you have a lot of driver, you try to check which one is the correct driver and click that driver before print.

If you already choose the correct driver, but still offline you try to check your network (if print by network) or you check your cable is it loose or spoil (if print by USB)
