Your printer refuse to print and there is an error appear for support code 5100?

This is because the pinter have error and you can just turn off the printer and makesure there are no any foreign object in the printer that make it stuck. After that, you turn on again.

If this step does not clear the error, you may need to send the printer to any Canon nearest service center for repair. Sometimes when you try to remove the foreign object hardly, it could make the ink leak or any other issue.
